We had a wonderful evening thanks to Chef Bram's delicious culinary skills. Every single dish was delicious: beautiful ingredients, perfectly balanced, surprising flavors—absolutely fantastic. Bram is a fantastic cook, and the presentation of the dishes is also impeccable. These dishes wouldn't be out of place in a Michelin-starred restaurant. I think the price-quality ratio is truly excellent. Bram also works well with you beforehand to create a suitable menu, and on the evening itself, he's a very friendly waiter, explaining the dishes and wines, yet also knows how to retreat to the kitchen at the right time so his presence isn't overpowering.
